Welcome my name is Sophia. I hope you enjoy browsing through my website and feel inspired to make positive changes to your health on all levels.
My main focus is to assist clients with their self-development and motivation in addressing their issues with food and weight. This is important so the results can be long lasting. Most people can benefit from a change in some of the food habits they have acquired, and really enjoy some new additions to their menus. Having the opportunity to try different foods and drinks can be really empowering.
During my time at university I met a number of people who suffered with a variety of eating disorders who were all very capable people but unfortunately did not get the help that they needed and as a result became withdrawn socially and unable to cope with student life.
I have a drive to perform well in ultra endurance sports, the high point of which was the Marathon Des Sables in Morocco. Apart from following an intensive training programme, I studied all the nutritional requirements that my body would need whilst subjected to this huge stress. I was able to walk away from this fantastic event undamaged and injury free.
My own personal experience of overcoming painful health problems has proved to me beyond doubt the value of correct nutrition. All body systems are dependent on the foods we eat.
